How to Apply for Funding

Requests for funding must be received by September 30th each calendar year. Decisions are made every November and funding is mailed in December to successful applicants. Funding, ranging from $200 to $2,000, will be considered for special projects, equipment and programs.

Funding will not be considered for:

  • staff salaries
  • research projects
  • operating or capital funds
  • deficit financing, seed money, awards, fellowships, scholarships, bursaries, honorariums or individuals
  • hospitalsm religious institutions or schools

Funding requests must include the following:

  1. A completed Applicattion Form
  2. A Canadian Registered Charitable Number
  3. Current Financial Statement
  4. Annual report, if available
  5. Amount of funding being requested
  6. A detailed description of how funding will be used

We are unable to accept applications sent electronically.
All applications must be MAILED to the address below.
